Moved to Salome, Az today.

I am so tired it is going to have to wait until tomorrow for me to take pictures. By the time I loaded walker, stroller and wagon in back of Jeep, loaded the bikes. that is the big one, what a bunch of work. I can't wait to get home and have Erik fix me a rack that works better for that trike. I can't get it done for less then about 100 here. The one guys said the material is cheap enough it is the labor that makes it so costly...GRRRR I lucked out and Ed came over and helped me again. He said to call when I was ready to leave Salome...lol  I might have too. I told him he could just follow me around the rest of the winter...He said he is going to try and come through central Oregon if we leave before he does.  He sure has been a help.  One of my neighbors that came over to say by is from Redding, California.  Sure a bunch of nice people there and I am going to miss them and will run down and see them once in a while. Ed said he is coming to Salome to see us so hopefully he will. Paco loves his black wiener dog Jake.

Hooking the Jeep up was a piece of cake and so cool having lights you just plug in like I do the horse trailer. It is actually easier to hook up and unhook then the pickup was BUT............I locked myself out of the Jeep at the gas station.  I stopped to fill up the motor home as the gas is so much cheaper at the Zip station and decided to check the fuel in the Jeep too. I opened the door and it was beeping when I opened the door because you tow with it on accessory  where the steering wheel doesn't lock. I hate the beeping so I pulled the key out and laid it on the seat and went back to get the gas hose..............BLOWING WIND! blew the door shut and it locked. We only have the one key and there is was laying in the seat.........DRAT!  I went inside the station and one of the guys came out to help me. Another guy that was getting some stuff in the store came too and they were able to get a wire in and get the key, then he dropped it.....DRAT!  Then between the one guy holding the top up a little the other got the wire in far enough to unlock.  They did a wonderful job, did not even hurt the rubber. They said they don't usually do it as people get mad because they rip the rubber around the window. I said I know that is why the police can't do lock outs anymore, to many complaints and people filing for payment for the rubber that we could not afford it. I told him I would not sue him for damage if the rubber was damaged as he was trying to help.  Thank God nice guys still exist. I told them Merry Christmas and that they had given me a wonderful Christmas present.  One guy said "what would an adventure be if you didn't have at least one lock out"....The nearest locksmith was 2 hours at least away. I love good guys that still like to help women.

To much lifting, tugging, bending, deep knee bends and I am really tired so I am out of here. have a great evening, geez I can't even type..lol
