Woke up early this morning to the wind and it has not quit all day long. We are lucky to be blocked by trees and houses because we still are getting blown back and forth. The wind chill factor is COLD!
That hot shower felt so good. I kept forgetting and I would get wet grab the soap and turn the water off. Our RV has a button on the shower head to turn off and keep your same setting when you hit button again. Wet hair, shut off water, turn water on and then forget again and turn it off. I was conserving water...lol It still felt good cause I left it on a lot longer then normal.
Got vacuuming done, man those hairy dogs of ours leave a lot of hair. I have been vacuuming every day but today I did a really good job moving stuff etc..lots of hair everywhere but they are worth it.
Did not do anything today but clean and cook and take dogs for walks. Tomorrow hoping wind is gone. I can't even go get pictures of Christmas lights because they won't hold still...lol '
The neighbor has lots of bird feeders and she has a thistle sock for the little finches. that thing was swinging until it was parallel to the ground and they just hung on. The other feeder birds would fly off but not those finches, they were either brave or hungry.
Another wiener dog lives next door again and Paco just loves him. I don't know how he knows when he comes out but when he does Paco flies over and gets up on the couch back and looks out the window. He is not black like Jake but brown and black spots but Paco still likes him. The dogs think they should go for long walks like we did in the desert instead of staying on our lot but they will get use to it.
