I love that saying so I am saying that along with Merry Christmas everyone. Since we bought the Jeep as our Christmas present we were only going to get something small for our Christmas. I went to the metal art store to get mom some that she loved that was not very expensive, like $20.00 and they were closed until after the New Year...Blast. Salome is not a shopping mecca that is for sure so I went to the store and got her this little flashlight for her purse that glows in the dark where she can find it in her purse that she had liked. But being me I forgot to take it out of the grocery sack when I sat it on the counter. She went to get the stuff she wanted out of the sack and saw it...well at least she got it and it was a surprise....lol It sure is bright and she can find it in the dark, she went into the bedroom and tried it out to make sure it glowed in the dark. It doesn't glow bright but you can see it if you drop it or it is in your purse.
Today is sunny, warm and no wind again. Sure doesn't seem like Christmas but then it was 50 and warm in Madras yesterday. I sure miss my family at this time of the year, just doesn't seem like it should be Christmas between the weather and not working like mad on Christmas presents. My girls were the best present I have ever had and the have brought so much joy into my life and they continue to give every year. My girls are amazing!
Thank God for Jesus dying for us, Thank God for my family, Thank God for my animals, Thank God for my friends, Thank God for our health, Thank God for our food....If I typed what I have to thank God for I would be here for weeks but it all comes down to Jesus is the reason for the season
