Leaving on our trip

I did not realize how much time would be spent getting ready. We usually go up to a lake or river to camp and getting all the fishing stuff out and the art stuff in for a different type of trip was the most work.
My mom is a wonderful artiest and I take photographs. That means paint, canvas, easels, brushes a whole art room must be packed into the motorhome.
My computer, printer and papers, tripods etc also  have to go in.  Lucky for me I have two wonderful daughters who have strong legs and good backs as they spent a lot of time helping me get ready.
Had some problems with one of my jacks and the part did not get in at the time we were suppose to leave.  It was so cold in Central Oregon by the time we left we could not put water in the motorhome for fear it would freeze. So shower got loaded with gallons of purex and milk jugs full of water for our use.  It worked out fine, kind of like camping the old way.
I would also like to add that if you are ever in Central Oregon and need work done on your motorhome please see Tom or Scotty at Big Country RV in Redmond, Oregon. They are the best and will take good care of you and don’t forget to tell you that I sent you.
I guess I should introduce myself. Hi, I am Linda Larson better known as Linda. Very few people ever call me by my last name as I grew up in a small town and some know me by my maiden name of Warren and others by my married name (now divorced) Larson.
Getting out of Oregon was very uneventful, Thank God for big blessings. Camped out of Lakeview near Susanville the first name. Man it was COLD!  I mean COLD, like 19 degrees. I am so glad our motorhome has a heater
